trexAcademy Internal Training Series

In the trexAcademy Training Hall, an internal training program was initiated by the Project Management Department to contribute to the successful completion of projects, focusing on strengthening individual competencies and increasing collaboration within the department. In the first training, comprehensive information on 'What is MES?' and 'Lean Manufacturing' was presented.
