At trexAcademy Training Hall, an internal training program was initiated by the Project Management Department to contribute to the successful completion of projects by focusing on strengthening individual competencies and increasing collaboration within the department. The training program provided comprehensive information on 'What is Digital Transformation?' and 'Agile Project Management and Scrum'.
